Gratinated Oysters

Gratinated oysters

Open six oysters. Mix some cream cheese with a little garlic, a little parsley and with salt and pepper. Carefully place the cream fresh mixture on top of the six oysters.

Cut slightly thin slices of parmesan and break it into smaller flakes. Distribute it on top of the oysters and sour cream. Grill the oysters in the oven for five to eight minutes. When they become golden they are done.
