Oysters with oyster mushrooms

Oysters with oyster mushrooms

Buy six oysters, some oyster mushrooms and some lemons and butter. Cut the oyster mushrooms  into small pieces. Melt some butter in a pan. Saute the mushrooms in the butter so that they turn golden brown. Season them with salt and pepper.

Open the oysters. Use the mushrooms as toppings and add a little lemon when eating the oysters.

Eat with toasted bread.
