Eat Oysters with Tabasco & lemon

Buy  six oysters from the fishmonger. Open them. Drain the oysters. After a while the moisture will return. Carefully loosen the oyster from the shell.

Place the oysters on a platter and serve for yourself or your guests. Eat the oysters with a little squishy lemon and one or two drops of Tabasco. The strong flavor of the Tabasco goes well with both lemon and oysters. See also Tabasco.com.
