Oysters with eggs and omelet

Take two eggs. Whip the eggs well. Season with salt and pepper. Open six oysters. Pour the water from and down to the eggs. Fry the eggs on the pan like an omelette. Add chives or similar if necessary.

Serve the oysters with small pieces of omelet on top. The omelette is complemented with a vinaigrette with red onions or shallots.
