Oysters with salmon tartare

Take a piece of fresh salmon. Chop it into small pieces so that it ends up as salmon tartare. Open six oysters. Pour off the water and chop the oysters into small pieces.

Mix the oyster tartare and salmon tartare with some chopped spring onions. Season it with salt, pepper and lots of lemon. Arrange it in the oyster shells.

Eat it together with toasted bread.
